Product Availability
In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, your sales representative will contact you and offer a similar substitute or an estimate of when the item will be available.
Shipping
All orders received before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day unless circumstances do not allow. Please make sure to confirm the shipping method for your order with your sales representative or when placing an order on our website. Depending on the method of delivery chosen, packages may take up to 14 days for delivery. All shipments are fully insured for your protection.
Please note: We encourage all customers to inspect their packages for damage or signs of tampering upon receipt before signing for the package.
If you are receiving a package on COD payment method and you reject the package, the balance for the shipping cost will be due before any following order can be fulfilled.
